When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. 
Pre-Order and custom items are processed within 30 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 3-6 business days for delivery in Spain, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in euros, which means you may need to pay customs duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department.
