Eloise brings the celestial universe of Stardust into a sensual halter silhouette. More than 6,000 crystal stones in different shapes and sizes are individually embroidered across nude tulle, creating an organic constellation that changes continuously with the light.

Its halter neckline leaves the shoulders exposed while the nude tulle disappears visually against the body, making thousands of crystals appear suspended directly over the skin.

We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock promptly. If you need the items sooner than the estimated time, please drop us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all Javier Osorio tags and the certificate of authenticity attached.

• Items must be returned in original or equally protective packaging.

• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Pre-order items, personalized items, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns not meeting our policy criteria will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping & Responsibility:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Since we cover duties on the outbound shipment, any return shipping fees and potential customs duties to send the item back to Spain must be paid by the customer. Please use a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed after inspection. Please note that payment card fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
