Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all Javier Osorio tags and the certificate of authenticity attached. It must also be returned in the original packaging or similarly robust packaging to ensure protection during transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Important regarding refunds: Please note that original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Since we ship international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, the costs we incurred for duties and taxes to deliver the item to you are also non-recoverable and may be excluded from the refund amount where applicable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@javierosorio.es regarding your issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as well as any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment to Spain. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
