EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all Javier Osorio tags and the certificate of authenticity attached.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Pre-order items, personalized items, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Responsibility:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Since we cover duties on the outbound shipment, any return shipping fees and potential customs duties to send the item back to Spain must be paid by the customer. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after inspection. Please note that payment card fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
